my keyboard was working fine untill all of a sudden windows xp is saying that it cant recognize the device, it says there might have been a malfuncion. Even the micro innovation website dont supply the usb drivers i tried to use driverguide usb drivers but it didnt work. can anyone pleae help? im tired of using this on screen keyboard. also my keyboard model is kb985w

USB port drivers are included with Windows XP operating system.

Drivers to enable a USB keyboard are also included with the Windows XP os. However, XP does not provide support that will enable the extra internet keys or volume keys to work.... just to enable basic operation of the normal keys.

If you wish to get those extra keys to work, you'll need to get drivers from the manufacturer.
