LG's supporters could not help me. Can anyone here?

It's a shame that any product that uses wireless technology would seemingly appear invisible on the internet. This device used to be listed on LG website here:

But LG has really went downhill in their support dept in the last 4-5 years. It used to be a good dependable company but I think their focus has been more on LCD and Plasma technology (and dollar bills) for the last few years. All I can suggest is to call them back, give them the above link and ask why it is no longer even listed (or found using their online search). That's terrible to have a device that new and zero support. Sorry but I looked hard and long and found nothing other than a ton of Spanish or Italian sites offering it for sale. and driverguide.com doesn't have it either.

Maybe someone owning one that has the driver will be a good samaritan and upload it.
