You need to be more specific with your device description. Aureal didn't make sound cards... they made sound chipsets and sold them to hundreds of manufacturers to use on motherboards and sound cards.

If the card is pci, then it should have some manufacturer information on it. We need that to help you.

If it came installed in a pc, then describe the brand and model of pc.
