I have this sound card that I took from another computer that I have.
The other computer is a Hewlett Packard and came with a set of three installation cd's that contain all of the drivers and driver programs for all of the hardware on the computer when I bought it.
I have got the drivers for this card from the internet and it works fine enough. My problem is that I have a set of 5.1 speakers, also Creative, and I cannot get them to work properly.
I have got the bass speaker, the two front and two rear speakers, all to work but I cannot get the centre speaker to function.
The only way I have found to get as many as I have working was to download a program from a site called the KX Project. This still will not get all the speakers to work.
The soundcard has a gameport and then a Black, Green, Pink, Blue and then an Orange/Yellow coloured port in that order looking at it from left to right whilst in the machine. I think that it is a 5.1 card from the description in the instructions for the speakers and from what I have read on the web.

If anyone knows what the problem could be could they try and help please. This is very frustrating and if I can avoid buying another sound card i would like to.
Thanks for reading this REALLY long winded question.

I'm not sure the we can help you.... please start by explaining how you have the speakers connected to the sound card.

This is a driver request forum. perhaps you question might be better answered in the Tech Support forum. Would you like for me to move it for you?
