Old Gateway tunred into a more generic system that sound worked on great until recently. Looking for sound driver that could make it sing again. Windows XP home, not Professional as your scan suggested. Please advise. Also indictaes something about Kernel32.DLL not found, is this a problem here as well?
Please advise.

No Windows XP drivers were ever written for this now obsolete sound card. It was supported up thru Windows NT.... (Ensoniq was bought out by Creative Labs)
