The internal driver (Windows XP) is all that's needed for a "driver". More information is needed (FCC ID) to ID any firmware for this device.

The Mida M16XD is dominately sold in Japan. Is a 48x cd rom and 16x dvd reader. No driver is required but compatible dvd decoding software is required in order to read/play dvd disks. Please state the nature of your problem, eg: non-detection, other?
