Hi i bought a Sunday pcmcia cd rom and i have looked everywhere for a driver as i am trying to install win xp in dos mode off the pcmcia cd rom but it doesn't recognise the drive. I have managed to format the hard drive. If your wondering why do i have a pcmcia cd rom drive because it's a tablet pc with no internal cd rom.
Any suggestions please
greatly appreciated

You must first have a DOS driver for the pcmcia card... then you must have a DOS driver for the cd-rom drive. Or you must have a system with pc bios support to be able to boot from cd-rom drive first.
Which driver? I don't know because you didn't describe the hardware adequately.
If you used our driver request forum, you would see the necessary boxes to answer and provide info about your hardware.
Note: PCMCIA connected drives have not been built in several years. And usb drives are very difficult (if not impossible) to configure in DOS mode.
