Hi,

I got a new HP Multimedia Keyboard P/N: 5187-7583 and I'm trying to install it on an HP Pavillion a850n. They keyboard itself works, but the Multimedia Buttons don't (only the volume ones do work). I've already contacted HP on an Active Chat conversation and noone seems to know how to fix it.

If anyone has any information whatsoever regarding this please let me know.

I'm desperate!!!
