I did not find this model (or any model even close) listed on Logitech website.

And the seach button on their website returned zero results using Y-SM48 as keyword. A Google search indicates it's domanant in the Russian and Ireland market place. Also, that this model translates to the Logitech Classic model. Shown here:

Note: This model does not require any drivers. But wait, you didn't even state what a Logitech Y-SM48 is... eg: internet keyboard, wireless internet keyboard, mouse, other? Could you provide a description of your device?
