I think you made a mistake on the model number (psi56rvp)... should be PCI56RVP. You may have to try the Windows 2000 driver.

Please note that you did not state the manufacturer or the model # of your modem. Rockwell never built modems, only chipsets for modem manufacturers. I suspect your modem was built by E-Tech. They no longer are in business.... (old website url = http://www.e-tech.com.tw/)
