I've only heard of a laptop being used as a SERVER by other members in perhaps 2 instances in the last 6 years. Toshiba (nor any other manufacturer that I'm aware of) ever ships a laptop from their factory with a server operating system installed on it. It really doesn't make sense.

And another stike against you is the fact that laptops (unlike desktops) MUST have a driver designed by the laptop maker, eg: generic drivers will NOT work on a laptop. If you don't understand why, then you should do some reading on how laptops are designed hardware wise.
