Hi all, well i have a problem with installing a scanner that a friend of mines gave me. Well, I am using Windows XP Professional version 2002 service pack 2 as my OS and I had searched on the web for a driver for the scanner and found this file ScanCraft366.exe that is a driver for this scanner but then this problem occurs when I tried to install the driver when the files had being extracted..

can someone help me with this problem and if there happens to have a link that can help me to download a working driver please post it.

Let's try and fix your 16-bit NT system to stop the error "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT". This is caused by corrupt system files. hence the "16 bit MS-DOS Subsystem" message.

Download xp_fix.exe (www.visualtour.com/downloads/xp_fix.exe) and run it. Reboot your computer when finished.

Now when you run the application file you should not get this error message.
