its hard to accept that there is no driver on the manufacturer site. i just bought it brand new and i did not get the installation cd.please help

Your other choice is to return it to the vendor whom you purchased it from and demand another one with drivers.

Broadxent is the support company and they have no drivers even listed for Windows 2000 Server or Windows 2000.
