I have just purchased this product from http://www.globe2000.com. The problem I am having is, the website never specified that this was only for Windows 95 and 98, if that is even the case. I can't seem to install this onto my computers since they are Windows XP and ME. Is there a way to install them onto my computers that I don't know of? I mean the system doesn't even detect the drivers. The company didn't even send me the original install CD either, it was a burned copy of the drivers and software, and it just doesn't seem to work. Any help would be highly appreciated! Thank you!

usb is funny sometimes. sometimes have to install drivers first and then plug in the device.

I have the same problem, but now that website updated with the newest version, so I can't get the ones for the 2800. If you read this, can you send them to me?
