i bought a tv tuner card that came in a anti-static bag and thats it, the card and the bag. I have win xp pro and that didnt pick up any drivers...

Thers a sticker on it with barcodes that says this:

Parts: 703150595
Serial: 9902018510

Cany anyone help?
