I know i've seen posts on this, but none that really help me out.
I just got a version of windows xp mce 2005 and i can't quite figure out how install it since i have linux currently on my computer alone. Which means i don't have any other os on my computer but linux.
help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have data to save ?
Is there some room available on your hard disk drive (I mean not in a partition, not just available for files on an existing one..) ?

Ok, but nothing to save on the disk where Ubuntu is installed ?
If so you just will have to delete the partitions on it and Windows' installer will be able to let you create partitions to install it when you boot on its CD.

Delete the partitions and create NTFS or Fat32 partitions and then install Windows XP, do remember to backup the data. That should do the work. I think.
