I'm Having trouble with an old Via PCI to USB card, anything that runs through the card is sluggish, like the mouse isn't smooth, it jumps from one place to another, my ADSL modem just sits on training, so i can't get online with it, and i was kinda hoping to use the machine as an internet gateway, The machine is Running Windows 2000, the problem is also there in windows 98, but i havn't tried any other OS's i'm not entirely sure what type the card is, but i know its a VIA card. Any Idea's anyone?
