Hmm this page (http://www.plasma-online.de/english/identify/serial/mainboard/mb_supergrace.html) leads me to think that your motherboard's manufacturer is Supergrace ; unfortunately it seems they went out of business :/ ... and the only BIOS for it I could find around seems to be the same you already have in it (http://members.driverguide.com/driver/detail.php?driverid=119213).

The V3 in the bios string indicates this is a Vtech (PcPartner), model BSMS3-C872 motherboard.

Check top surface of the board at the back corner opposite of the keyboard connector corner for a 35-xxxx-xx marking and please post it here.

Everest (www.lavalys.com/products.php?lang=en) will also show you the identity of the motherboard...
