Your onboard IDE PCI card needs to be capable of 48-bit addressing, this is mainly found on newer motherboards and ATA-133 or newer model ATA-100 cards. Otherwise it can only access 128 GB. you can resolve this problem by visiting the Drive makers web site and downloading their setup software, it will allow overcoming the bios problem using a custom interface driver to allow 48 bit addressing.
