I'm no computer expert but no idiot, my computer has been freezing and im 90% sure its the sounds/motherboard. I'm trying to update/download the new file. Everytime I go to download it goes the next screen and vola ! nothing ? Either there's too much advertising and I cant see it, or I've had too many beers JK, No. I download winzip but I cant save or extract the file from your website. It also ask me rate the product ?? I dont have it ???

need the make & model of your comp or the motherboard if it's onboard sound, get Belarc Advisor http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html and post the report, but not the software license section. Should be able to get more info from it.
