DVD burner drives never require a driver when used in any Windows os from 95 up. Support is provided natively by the os that allows it to read a data or music disk. Compatible recording software handles the burning requirements and compatible dvd decoding software provides the support that allows it to read a dvd disk.

Please state what your problem is and include some details.
