I've tried downloading this file at least 20 times and each time it stops short of the 7.63 MB or 7813 KB. The most I could ever get was 7811 kb. and I had to use Netscape to get that. Using IE I could never get close to the rated download size, ie: always short.

STD 3_2N.exe is corrupt within the rar file. It appears the folders 2K, 98, ME are ok.
