I need help with my DVD Player. It plays but the colors are messed up. I did add a new graphics card but the DVD player was having problems before that. The sound is great, the Codec is there. I repaired computer registry. I can run WMP9 for ME but same problem as DVD, plays but all the colors are not there.
I know this is for drivers, I have downloaded the ones for my Hitachi GD-7000, but the driver is not the problem and I am going nuts, been working on this for over a week. Could be the ani-priracy(sp) is being triggered but I don't know how. Computer experience is not that great, but learning more everyday. If you have any opinions of what is going on please contact me at noemailaddys@allowed.com

All support that allows this drive to read a data or music disk is provided natively by the operating system. Support that allows it to play a dvd disk comes soley from the dvd decoding software installled. Make sure it's a compatible version and do a clean install.
