please note that OS i am trying to install is "windows 2000 professional".

I have opti drivers that work well with windows 98SE but do not work for win 2000 prof...!

The device is "ISA" type...!
No sound in win 2000 prof... !

The exact manufacturer name is not known...

Opti only supplied the chipset... !

It is given That "MANUFACTURED IN CHINA" .. with FCCID as written above...!

There is another chip that has following data:

TEA2025B, WB93B9748, PHIL, with ST or SI symbol on it.
On back side there is another code " VBL HJ4 120997".

I donot know how to find this manufacturer..!
