I need a driver for this USB flash. On the actual memory stick it says " K24-128MB Mobile Disk III". Any "generic" driver that might make it work would be apreciated.

Flash disks do not require a driver when used in Windows XP. If your drive is good and your usb port is working, the drive will be automatically detected/installed within 4-5 seconds of plugging it in.
