Microsoft doesn't allow driverguide.com (or any other website) to post their copyrighted os files. You will find this file on the installation disk (if you know how to look for it). When the file is called for, just insert your disk. Windows will do everything else automatically without user intervention. Os (otherwise known as CAB files) are normally installed on the hard drive during installation so even if you don't have the installation disk, you still have the required files on your local hard drive. Find out where the CAB files are located and point to that location instead.
