I have a problem wich seems to need someone who reads fluent "disk print". I have an older or really old scsi-isa-disk wich has somewhen in the past been used as a controller for a HP 4c scanner. The combo is to be reinstated but the cach is that the drivers for the scsi are lost and I can't identify it.
This is what I got out of it. It's in no particular order. I couldn't make any difference if they were factory-part markings or any other identifiers:

"compaq"
"bd. 002833-001 a/w rev. b"
"eisa-id cpq 4420"
"spare 133880-001"
"fcc cnt7517x22e"
"model x014"
"assy 002851-001"

Any hints where to take my search?

I can't guarantee to be much help here. Pick out the most complex looking IC on the board. Hopefully this will be the SCSI controller chip. Does it have any numbers on it? If we're really lucky this thing is an Adaptek in disguise.
