I BOUGHT THE SCANNER OFF EBAY - IT HAD THE INSTALLATION DISC BUT I KEEP GETTING A MESSAGE ASKING FOR PHOTO EXPRESS DISC WHICH I DON'T HAVE. AS YET WE HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO GET IT TO WORK AT ALL - CHECKED ALL CONNECTIONS AND THEY SEEM OKAY, BUT THE SYSTEM DOESN'T RECOGNIZE IT. WHAT CAN I DO?
