This is an OEM, Creative Labs built for another vendor or pc builder like HP and Compaq. You will only find support from that vendor since Creative Labs doesn't offer support for it.
Creative has the normal Sound Blaster Audigy drivers posted but I don't know if it will work on your device. If you wish to try, here's the link:
