Wrote to you before about my problem with my flatbed scanner. Jerry K advised me to download Benq file which I did. Jerry K also told me to change twain source in scanner, which I did. The scanner is working the way it is suppose to because there is a place to change twain source. However as I told you before there is no place to change twain source on the copier part of the same software that came with the scanner. There is no place in the copier file to change twain source to new driver. My question is how do I get the new driver to the copier so that it works. Every time I try to use it that same message comes up, Read Image Data Failure restart your scanner (which is already on) code [2882:1118]. I would be very thankful to you if you could help me solve this problem. Thanks again

Pardon my ignorance but isn't copy and scan the same thing? Why do you need to specifically copy a document when you can scan it and accomplish the same end result?
