Tiny.com's site is down, or not as it once were.

I've been looking to get in contact with them for some

time but to no avail and I really need some help. For

months now I've been trying to install my scanner that

came with the Tiny package, over one thousand pounds

worth. Windows ME wasn't very stable so had to change

to Win 2000, NT4.

After installation, I am unable to use my scanner,

have no disc or anything to help me reinstall it.

I have searched high and low for device drivers for a

scanner model FU661E Serial Number 041A003810D1.

I've download some files, fu661e.exe and this doesn't

work 6136.exe and this too doesn't work.



Can you please help me find a device driver that works

and it's accompying software so I can use my scanner?

Timeukfactory.com and timegroup.co.uk email addresses

on their site are coming back "bounced" - "unknown"

which is rather annoying since all the phone numbers

i have to contact these people are not working either.

USB is not supported in Windows NT os. You must use a supported os to use usb devices, eg: Windows 98/98SE/ME/2000/XP. Windows NT has never supported usb.
