I was looking for a driver for my old IBM PC mainboard which also contains the soundcard.Finally I found it here

but I could not download it.Plase help me to download it or anyway just send me the dirver if you can please!!!

The url you indicated doesn't contain a file. "C-Media" is not a filename... it's most likely a reference to an outside website. The posted didn't know what he was doing or the url has changed since he/she posted it.
If your motherboard has a integrated soundchip, figure out who made your motherboard and visit the mb manufacturer's website for drivers. Or repost with the bios id string and we'll figure out who made it.
