Windows2000 recognize this device as UMax Astra 1220. What does it means & how I can fix it?

Unregistered 12-22-2005, 11:26 PM Your system loaded default drivers for this device, go to HP and locate correct drivers. kashyap 11-16-2006, 05:22 AM Hi, u didnt tell that this scanner is installed for the first time on this computer or not? if not than might be Umax astra 1200 scanner is installed previously. so it take previously installed driver so u have to remove this driver(umax 1200) and than install new scanner with proper driver. remove path is winnt-->inf. in which "INF" folder is hidden so u have to unhide it and remove "OTHER" folder from "INF" folder. |
