Acer/BenQ/Veugo/Prisa (all the same) does not post drivers according to the model number found on the tag on the rear of the scanner. You must examine the label on the top lid of the scanner and use that model number (eg: 640p, 610P, 620U, 610S, 4300U, 320U, etc.) to locate the correct driver.
