It really isn't - I once got this scanner to install on my computer but now it won't. And it is missing the file vizMicro.dll which is not to be found anywhere. help. e-mail me at elisabeth@eapdesign.com if anyone has it.

i give up looking for if ,check everywhere im running windows 2000 with built nt in technoligy and its a p3 compac deskpro

Acer/BenQ/Veugo does not post drivers according to the model number found on the tag on the rear of the scanner. You must examine the label on the top lid of the scanner and use that model number (eg: 640p, 610P, 620U, 610S, 4300U, 320U, etc.) to locate the correct driver.
Latest drivers can be found on any Acer/BenQ worldwide website.
