Canon never made a Multipass 3000C. If you mean C3000 instead....

Well thanks for the waste of my time. You are right it is a c3000. Im sure nobody would of figured this out. I did write this wrong. The link you gave I already used and it has nothing on it. I did find out how to make this work on canon site in canada.
