Please help me find a driver for my Travan/Aiwa TD-P3200 Tape drive. I can't use it (or back up my system) without it.

Support for a tape backup drive is provided by backup software application... not by drivers. You must use a software backup application that includes support for the particular drive and os. If in doubt, ask the software maker if their application supports your drive and os.
