If you connect it via ethernet, it doesn't require any drivers. Configuration is accomplished using a web browser.
If you connect it via usb, then you will need a driver.
How are you connecting the device?

I have the same problem...I need the same driver....and I am using the USB port.
Also; how can you configure it if you are using a web site? (with the cord instead of the driver?)

You don't configure it using a web site, you configure it using a web browser, ie: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, Netscape. However, you won't be able to do that via usb cable connection... it must be connected via the ethernet cable (or wireless connection) to configure. Most routers use 192.168.1.1 to gain entry to the setup configuration utility but I have no experience with this brand/model. You must read the instruction manual to learn how to access the configuration utility.

My son gave me this router.
I don't know the password to access the router's innards.
Is there a way of starting a new?
I have to change the port addresses.

you can try default (for most routers) username and password:
username = admin
password = password
If the default username and password has been changed from default, then the only way to gain access to the router setup utility is to RESET to factory default. That's usually accomplished using a toothpick and look for the reset button normally found on the backside of the unit. Press and hold (usually about 5 to 10 seconds) the reset button until the lights respond on the front panel. Once reset is done, then most routers default back to the normal username and password shown above. Once you are able to gain access to setup utility, then you can set your own username and password.
Often the reset button is easy to find.... but sometimes it's hidden behind a perforated panel of sheet metal. Look for a small black button using a flashlight if it's not easily seen.

In my experience, after you reset the router to factory default, the default username should be left blank and the password should be "admin". If that doesn't work then try using "admin" for both the username as well as the password. i.e.
Username =
Password = admin
or
Username = admin
Password = admin
