I'm looking for a linux driver for the SOHO SFA110A ethernet adapter, this has the Macronix MX98715 AEC chip.
The drivers on driverguide are only for windows. There is one driver available on the soho web-site, but this requires a kernel rebuild, and as I don't have any experience with that, I feel quite some hesitation to dive into that.

Does anybody have a simple to install driver for this card, or have any tips?
