Without a description of the ethernet adapter, all I can suggest is to visit the
Dell Website (http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/index.aspx?c=us&cs=19&l=en&s=dhs)
. perhaps they know what NIC device was installed in your pc.

All I know is that it is an onboard ethernet adapter and the dell website doesnt help me because I didnt buy the computer from them. One of my friends sold it to me so they wont give me any support.
