this is all the info i got from what I see on this card. I hope this help. This is my second day searching for this driver. I just need to get this other computer online then I can get all the other drivers it needs. My appreciation in advanced for your help. Thank you.

Not Atmel... Atmel (AT49BV512 12JC 9935) is a eprom chipset maker. According to the fcc id #, this device was made by IBM. 9935 is a date code meaning it (the atmel chip) was made in 1999, 35th week.

That could be an Intel 100 Pro Plus nic card. Have you checked or tried any from Intel?
