i have recently reformatted my PC. as a result, the driver for the pci ethernet card is no longer available. i found something but i am not sure if this is the model number: ATP-165AAP
i also see these stickers on the motherboard.

It always the best solution to reinstall a driver if the device doesn't work.
You gave a lot of info but nothing really helpful.
eg: Is the network adapter built into the motherboard or add on? If it's built onto the mb, then describe what motherboard you have....brand, model, bios id string.
What is the NIC chipset number?
