PcChips (SoundPro line of chips) which are marked HT-xxxx are CLONES of the Cmedia (cmi) line of chips and usually match the cmi number.
Example HT-3738 = cmi8738 and the HT-1869 chip is a clone of the cmi 8330 chip... bit I don't know which one the HT 2001 is.

or visit any of the PcChips websites for drivers. However, I was unable to find M805LR on any PcChips website. This board is also sold under Amptron K7-805L and ECS K7VZEM. All are socket 462 - AMDK7 boards.
