when i download win2000 form the Cd , it says

is there anyway to dl this file from somewhere, r does it has to be unique for every Cd, cuz when i tried to load same OS from my frndz CD , it gave me the same errorr

remove the network card. this file is the AMD based network chip driver.
and you either have defective or conflict with the card
