DRIVER NEEDED: Asound RTL 8139D (Windows XP Professional) [Archive]

I need the driver for the ethernet card- but while installing it it shows - Asound 10/100M FASTETHERNET CARD , BUT ON THE CHIPSET IT SHOWS rEALTEK

Also it is not being accepted in WinXP profdessional
I need the drivers for this Ethernet card - which works on Win xp professional
After installing on WinXP - it shows the card, but it does not detect the network.

Pls help asap

I was facing same problem. Realtek 8139d chipset ethernet card sold by Intex Technologies shows Asound 10/100M in device manager of Windows XP. The card has IP Address 169.254.x.y and manually assigning an IP Address does not resolve the issue. I fiddled with lots of drivers and one fine day it got install with name Realtek 8139/810x Fast Ethernet Gigabit automatically and it started working. Today, I formatted the hdd and same issue re-occurred. I had also contacted Intex Technologies but issue was not resolved. I will fiddle with the card again and will provide the solution if issue resolves again for me.
