You won't find D-Link drivers for a chipset number (eg: DL10038D is a chipset). It was used on the model DFE-528TX NIC. Drivers are posted on the D-Link website.

enter bios, set pci that card is on to irq9.
windows will then install it as "realtek rtl8139 family pci fast ethernet nic"

If you want to use the proper driver for the DFE-528TX (DL10038D chipset) you can download it from here:
http://www.dlink.com.au/tech/default.asp?model=DFE-528TX
Click the + beside the DOWNLOADS folder. Click on the Downloads for DFE-528TX that shows up. Select the proper REVISION for your card and download your drivers.
