and without you stating HOW you installed it you are expecting just what in the way of help??

you'll have to go into your bios and change some system settings. press your f1 or your delete key at power up to enter your bios, then look for a harddrive function some computers have auto detect running to detect any hard drive you install but it sounds like you'll have to manually detect your second hard drive with the feature in your bios and dont forget to put your jumper pin on your hard drive to slave instead of master.
