SCSI hard drives do not require a driver. They do however require a properly installed scsi controller card, proper termination, and a valid scsi id number.

and I doubt seriously if the WD400BB is a scsi drive... Western Digital says it's an ide drive.

IDE drives also do not require a driver. Please state what your problem is and how your trying to install/configure the device.
