Device Manager??? Is just what the name implies.. a program to manager hardware devices. Drivers are software that makes a piece of hardware work. PCI simply communications controller is a term usually associated with MODEMS. It has nothing to do with WebCams. And... SmartDisk PC??? I have no clue what your device is or what your needing. Please clairify your hardware and needs.
