I have just re-formatted my IBM thinkpad 600, and put windows 95 on it. I have installed all the appropriate drivers on the IBM website, but there are still a few devices unrecognised and some with the wrong drivers. My hard drive (5gb) for instance works... to an extent with the standard windows driver, but really i need the proper one... can anyone assist... perhaps someone with a thinkpad themselves could give me a copy of the driver.

this laptop was not shipped with w95, as such it will have issues with a 5gig drive due to w95's fat 16 2 gig partition limit. either install w95 a/w95osr2 or best, w98se on the unit.
Last, not stating just WHAT you feel are the items and the items exact error description makes it impossible to determine just what those "unknown" items are. and since you did not post the driver page/link and files used that you installed from the ibm site, we also have on way to confirm proper driver install either.
